Open VetSim 2.36 Released

An updated version of Open VetSim for Windows is now available for download. Just click on "Open VetSim" in the title and then click on the Windows icon.

Here are the major updates:

• Now supports heart rates of up to 300 bpm for sinus and vtach rhythms wiothout dropping beats.

• New drop-down menu in the upper right corner of the Instructor Interface (3 parallel horizontal bars, aka a hamburger menu) that brings up:

  • A Close link to close the VetSim software and browser tabs

  • A Debrief link to take you to the list of scenarios to be debriefed

  • An About link that brings up current version information

  • A Scenarios link that brings up a list of installed scenarios

• Programmable hotkeys for events now work

• Updated the install directory to allow for situations where the registry is not accessible due to administrative setup on the manager laptop

• Updated group trigger functionality for more complex movement between scenes when programming a scenario.
